Dr. Walter Kahler serves as the Senior Pastor of HighPoint Fellowship. With a deep passion for Jesus Christ and a heart for sharing God's amazing grace, Pastor Walter is committed to helping people discover the life-changing power of a personal relationship with Jesus. He believes church should be relevant, energizing, welcoming, and even fun! His desire is to remove the barriers of boredom, unfriendliness, and fear so that everyone can experience the unconditional love, forgiveness, and freedom found in God's grace. Through his teaching and leadership, Pastor Walter encourages people to move beyond religion and embrace an authentic, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Thomas serves as the Associate Pastor at Highpoint Fellowship, bringing over a decade of dedicated ministry experience to the pastoral leadership team. Since joining Highpoint in 2023, his heart has been anchored in preaching and demonstrating the radical, transformative grace of God. Thomas is deeply committed to shepherding the congregation into its next season, cultivating a culture where people can grow deeply in their faith and experience true spiritual freedom. Thomas and his wife, Cassie, are the proud parents of four daughters.

Cody serves as our Worship Pastor at HighPoint Fellowship, with a heart to see people encounter God through worship. His desire each Sunday is simple: to seek God, minister to Him, and give Him all the glory. Cody has served in worship ministry for over a decade. While you’ll usually see him leading with a guitar and microphone, he’s a drummer at heart! Outside of ministry, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife, Meagan, and their three children. He’s also a fan of black cold brew coffee and Elvis! Be sure to say hello next time you’re at HighPoint—he’d love to meet you!

Bobby has a genuine heart and passion for helping students grow in their faith and discover God's purpose for their lives. With a desire to encourage, mentor, and guide the next generation, Bobby is committed to creating an environment where students feel valued, supported, and challenged to deepen their relationship with Christ.
Previously serving with the MET Fatherhood Program, Bobby brings a passion for mentorship, encouragement, and guiding the next generation toward a deeper relationship with Christ.

Jennifer serves as the Middle School Pastor at HighPoint Fellowship Church. She is a strong leader with a passion for teaching students about God and helping them grow in their faith. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and brings 26 years of experience teaching middle school. Her heart is to connect with students, encourage them in their walk with Christ, and help them discover God’s purpose for their lives.

Tammy serves as the Financial Secretary at HighPoint Fellowship. Before joining the HighPoint staff, she dedicated 24 years of service to Shepherd ISD. With her years of experience and dedication, Tammy brings valuable knowledge, organization, and a strong work ethic to her role. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the church and support its ministry through her work behind the scenes.

Susie serves as the Communications and Operations Administrator at HighPoint Fellowship, bringing a wealth of experience, strong organizational skills, and a versatile ability to serve in many areas of ministry. Her passion for Jesus and helping others experience His life-changing grace shines through her work. As HighPoint's Celebrate Recovery Ministry Leader, she has a heart for helping others find hope, healing, and freedom through Christ.
